Disappointed in the shipment of 18 scallops on the shell. None of the scallops were cleaned, full of grit and leftover waste.

Delivered a day late due to low stock - fine - but mussels were quick to die, only 20 out of 30 odd made it. Probs should have insisted prompt delivery on the Friday when they rang to rearrange. Worse surprise though was that the fish box included farmed salmon. No bueno. Other fish tasted great but generally pretty small sizes.

I'm afraid the mussels were inedible. So different to the last ones we had a few weeks ago. They didn't look good, there were far to many with broken shells and they tasted grainy. I wouldn't chanel ordering them again. The rest of the order was fine and the crab delicious.

Unfortunatley a bad experience with the Carlingford oysters delivery this time around. Ordered box of which 25% of the osysters were open on arrival and would not tap close / shut and therfore were dsicarded. The remaining oysters were enjoyable, however the experience was dented by the 1/4 of the delivery not being usable. Overall the remained items in the order were acceptable and have rated accordingly.

We enjoyed our visit to Battersea and the fish pie very much Unfortunately the crab fries weren’t so good as they were not crisp and quite soggy. I had them on a previous visit and thought they were excellent. Sadly not on this occasion.

My oysters arrived looking great and the packaging was perfect. However I wrote to customer service asking whether I could place an order for more oysters on a continual weekly basis and was told that I could not. You want a review but are turning business away?!

Bit disappointing this time. Don't know if it was because it was Xmas, but half the oysters and mussels were dead. No crab, substituted with frozen crab claws which were grainy and inedible. Whelks were over cooked and too tough to eat.

The oysters were exceptional. The delivery was not good. I asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place, but it was left on the doorstep in full view - many parcels have been stolen from front door steps in my area.

Prawns in mayo - it was split and really unpleasant. Taramasalata was grainy and not enjoyed by anyone. Scallops were ok, but way smaller than expected. Delivery was prompt and well packaged - so well so I managed to lose the mackerel pate apparently. Smoked salmon is great though but wouldn’t buy any extras again.

I usually really like the quality of the products but in my last order of mussels over half of them were dead and couldn't be used so it was a massive waste of money. I had specifically ordered them from Weight brothers because of the high quality they usually have but this time they weren't to that same quality.
