The oysters were absolutely superb but unfortunately the frozen giants crab claws were not nice at all. They were tasteless and tough.A great disappointment

Good quality and huge amount of crab. The sole fillets were very small though.

The oysters were superb but the snow crab was extremely poor value for money, there was little meat and the sweetness of the flesh long gone

Food great (was for a 50th anniversary) but had no idea if it was actually arriving because DPD sent a cancellation email the day before. Emailed wright brothers support emails and HQ but was ignored. Delivery turned up out of blue but no communication from anyone. Would probably look for a company with better customer service for a similar delivery in the future (or one who would at least acknowledge an email).

Fish great, delivery poor. There’s someone at our house all the time, the first time the fish wasn’t delivered as the driver said no one was at home (not true). Next day (after I had spoken to customer service) the fish was left behind the door that we discovered only hours later. For that reason will not order again.

Not as good as previous orders......scallops smaller,crab in a scallop shell rather that the usual crab shell and wrong box delivered so had to phone for correct delivery to come back to me,meanwhile could feel the other persons delivery defrosting.
