It was great that you could provide the sea bass as quickly as you did. Not quite as full of flavour as I expected but we both enjoyed it non the less. Thank you.

Fish arrived on time and in top top condition. Haddock was really good. Haven't tried the rest yet. Hake was substituted with cod due to unavailability, which was disappointing but understandable. Cod portions were on the small side. One pack weighed 254g for two portions and the other was within the guidelines at 302g ( still not generous in my opinion). Both were weighed frozen and in their packaging. The service I received from Wright Brothers has been very good so far. Just a bit miffed with the size of the cod.

Delivered in recycling packaging, which was excellent. Instructions were well presented & easy to follow. Only had the goan fish curry so far.

Yes products arrived in a great cold storage, just a bit disappointed with a couple of my items in this box this is the first time it’s happened, normally things are awesome. Quite a few of my oysters were already open so I had to throw them and the lemon soles were very small. I will continue to use as the whole fish and other items are fab. I wrote to customer services earlier in the week and had no reply yet?

All products I've had have been of very good quality EXCEPT FORE THE SARDINES WHICH WERE TOTAL RUBBISH ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG YOU'VE HAD THESE FROZEN BUT I HAD TO THINK TWICE ABOUT GIVING THEM TO THE CAT.

This is my third order but was so disappointed in the delivery as it was too late for me to cook that night. The packing wasn’t quite as good either

We really enjoyed the whole meal, the fish cakes were the best we’ve had, but there were a couple of minor points with main and dessert to note as follows; as the Wellington was only in the oven for a short time the pastry at the bottom was not cooked despite being put on a pre heated tray and timings followed as per instructions. The jus was a little salty with not a lot of flavour but that said the meat and the duxelles around it were delicious. The cheesecake was very decadent, if not a tad big, and therefore a little too rich but the raspberry coulis was a great compliment. The positives of the meal certainly outweighed any minor criticisms which may just be a matter of taste. Thank you for a lovely, easy to cook meal, delivered in great condition and exactly in time.

The oysters and mussels I ordered were delicious – much nicer than anything I've had locally. My only issue was that around a dozen of the mussels were broken and unusable and this was disappointing given that I'd ordered these for a special Valentine's dinner. I emailed customer services and was refunded though, so that was fair enough for me.

Ordered fish dinner for valentines excellent quality fish . Didn’t think the crab sauce idea worked. Pudding sauce rich slightly under sweet for my taste.

Oysters were great Previously have ordered an oyster shucker which was really poor quality and only lasted for 24 oysters. I phoned to complain but was told that was ok , and it was unreasonable to expect it to last for longer
