The oysters and mussels we enjoyed last week were every bit as fresh and succulent as the crabs you sent us in August. The oysters and mussels arrived on a Saturday, we ate them on the following Tuesday. Nothing had gone off, which also says much for the quality of your packing. Oysters and scallops next time!
