had lobster(great) dover sole, advertised as trimmed and skinned, arrived trimmed but only half skinned but was very fresh, and cooked octopus , which was good. i am somewhat concerned with the amount of thermal packaging which arrives from all companies, and our local ability to reuse or recirculate it.
