Wright Brothers prawns in shells are huge, plump and juicy, along with garlic mayonnaise they were delicious. I made a mistake when I ordered the lobster and my 2 whole lobster arrived but i had no experience in how to deal with them, very kindly Chef Michael at Battersea Power Station Wright Brothers very deftly prepared everything for me to take home and gave me some great tips for preparing (quick sizzle in the pan with garlic butter) and 4 minutes in the oven (what a star, thanks Michael!). Yummy! Served with pea shoots, lettuce and lemon/garlic dressing and chips. Superb luncheon!
