We ordered 3 dozen oysters (for 4 people) plus a schucking knife, thinking "oh this will be nice", but what we got was nothing short of a totally unique and amazing experience. I booked a week in advance just to be safe, and they arrived on the allocated day, which was the day before we intended to schuck and eat them. We had never schucked oysters before, but we had so much fun that we will be doing the same thing again (also an excuse to drink champagne during the day) very soon. Oh, and the oysters were probably the most delicious oysters we had ever had. Maybe it was because how fresh they were (the packaging kept them completely cold and fresh), or because of how much fun we had schucking them, but they were absolutely divine. Well done Wright Brothers, well done.
