I was hesitant to buy oysters online however they impeccable, fresh. I could taste and smell the ocean. The shell ouster gin complemented the oysters perfectly. The wrapping came in a wooden box with an ice bag and to keep the oysters fresh and safe they were wrapped in sharp wool. I was tempted to keep the sheep wool too. Fabulous food. I will order more of their products again. Great value for money. I also received a postcard sighed by the two brothers to thank me for helping them sustain the fishing industry& to express their gratitude for helping them succeed in their new online food venture.
