Fantastic seafood platter which three of us shared and lasted for several meals. Squeaky fresh and beautifully packaged it was the perfect treat after a decidedly non-Christmas. I roasted the lobster and prawn shells and made an amazing fish stock for the basis of seafood bisque and even made some potted crab up for a lunch. Even better there's some soup in the freezer for later.
