I had seen a report on TV about the difficulty the UK was having in exporting langoustines across the channel... so thought I would try to help out.... What a win/win! I had utterly forgotten 1) how easy it is to cook them and 2) how utterly delicious they are. Just mayonnaise and freshly squeezed lemon juice. You need seriously to market them better for the home market......
