Ordered a Fruits de Mer for a birthday. Arrived very promptly at 9am. Followed videos so cooking/assembling was straight forward. Quality and Quantity of seafood was very good. Cockles were supplied instead of mussels which made a very pleasant change. Half the cockles I cooked in white wine and put on the platter and half I cooked 'mariniere' for my wife. We could not finish everything so we had the crab for lunch the following day. Would highly recommend . The Dover Sole and Turbot look very tempting for another occasion.
