Quality of food and service is excellent.
In my previous order I had been sent raw langoustines instead of cooked crevettes. However, a replacement order was sent at the next possible opportunity and as the crevettes were to satisfy a hankering I had rather than for a specific dinner party it wasn’t too great an issue. The quality of all the seafood I have ordered has always been superb and the response to a one-off error on their part was also excellent.
