Ordered a seafood platter with lobster and was informed that I would get a frozen lobster instead….. not happy at all.
Besides being frozen it was a Canadian lobster and not a blue one. Very disappointed. When speaking on the phone with the lady she said that before New Year they had a solution to prevent this from happening….. why was the solution not applied earlier?!
