I placed 3 online shellfish orders so far with this company. First 2 were well packaged and no issues. Third one was packed miserably with 2 ice packs (see photo) and 3 boxes of fresh scallops that arrived room temperature (not cold). They are to be stored at 5 degrees. Sent an email to the company. No response after a week.
Disappointed as I expected better service and customer care for a £76 order.
