I’ve been really pleased with you in the past , but this time my order was missing a lobster the packaging was open when delivered ?although you sent the lobster as soon as I called you( thanks very much for that) it was a gift to my elderly parents who were looking forward to the lobster ‘ it sort of ruined the anticipation / presentation of the gift
