I normally purchase our meat from a gourmet butcher but decided to try the meat from Wright Brothers given their excellent fish. I have to say that I am impressed. Their meat is outstanding and in future I am sorry to say that our gourmet butcher now has an impressive competitor and will be losing some of our business.
I suppose that I should not be surprised because as top level resturant operators, you would have to expect their meat to be outstanding.
