Delicious, fresh, and well packaged mussels and oysters. Arrived on time as scheduled (I ordered well in advance).
The rope grown mussels were fleshy and medium to large in size. Cooked them in white wine sauce with lots of garlic shallots and cream for a dinner party and they turned out phenomenally.
The Oysters were fresh and delicate in flavour. Very big crowd pleaser at the dinner party.
Will order again!
