My husband & I loved the cooked lobster a point! It felt fresh (not like frozen ones) I made a nice mayonnaise and we had the two over two days. I will try your stuff again. Fish? What about small whitstable rock oysters? . Although you couldn’t get it for me on the Thursday (my birthday) Friday was still my celebration ! Thank you
