My order didn’t arrive.
I have not been refunded.
Nobody has contacted me.
I only found out the my order wasn’t going to arrive when the DPD order status changed to ‘order collected by disposed of’ - I guessed that meant it wasn’t going to be delivered and sure enough 8 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered - no order, no explanation, no communication at all, no response to my emails and no refund.
Non existent customer service.
Truly terrible - I won’t be giving up until I get an apology, an explanation and a refund.
