I have only just returned from a long stay abroad and have not yet had the opportunity to call in and complain - but I will.
I have a very expensive (£600) Barbour leather jacket had the sleeves shortened and it is an absolute mess.
Very disappointing, as I previously had the sleeves to another leather jacket shortened and a very good job was made of it.
I will not use Zipyard again, even for dry cleaning.
