My huband had a jacket where the metal pull had broken. I thought it would need a replacement zip. Five minutes later, it was repaired. I was amazed. Not expensive either. Also brought his Barbour coat that needed a new zip. A lot of work must have been involved, but a week later I collected it. A new very long metal zip and only £25. So this coat now has a new lease of life. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Quite a gem of a place.
