Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The button was replaced perfectly on the jeans as requested, cost about £4 which I think is reasonable, and saved me buying a new pair.
The shop is close to work, so no parking issues, and the garment was ready on time. Professional job, took from Wed morning to Friday 4pm to complete, which was the only disappointment - I would have preferred a 48 hour turnaround.
