Audrey Kneller writing: I've always been happy with the service I've received, except on one occasion when I had a skirt shortened and it was given back to me with the shortening done and the bottom unhemmed, so I ended up hemming it myself. I didn't notice this until much later, and I had thrown away the receipt, so I didn't bother to take it back.
