We had a prom dress that was too big for a small 16year old
We went to the Staines branch and was immediately put as ease with a lovely greeting.I felt that we were looked after and everything was no problem.Laura the manager who looked after us and did alterations was excellent.she was very welcoming.dress was perfect on my daughter after Laura had made alterations.
