Marvin and Laura at the Zipyard could not have been more helpful. My daughter and I arrived for the first time at short notice with a Prom dress, bought online, that needed altering and received an encouraging welcome from Marvin. Despite further work being discovered at each fitting, as the initial poor workmanship became clear, Laura was unphased and did a wonderful job of both adapting the dress and raising our confidence levels. The Zipyard was a great find and I would recommend them.
