I purchased the Trail Angel Tow bar during Christmas, which was a busy season but Tom ensured that the delivery was made the very next day at 7 am! He also made sure to leave it in a safe place and not in front of the door. I was very impressed with the care and the attention that went into it. Will definitely come back to the Bicycle Depo for my next purchase!
