The delivery is fast. Communication is clear and precise. Experience with ordering is fine and simple. However, 2 issues I have. I spent over $100 and was eligible for Toll - 1 day delivery, well that’s the option checkout gave me, but it took 3 days and sent via Sendle. I guess the website needs to be addressed. 3 days is still pretty good. Also, brought 5 tubes, 1 of them had a hole. Spoke to Tom, he did offer to send me a new one, only on my next order. I felt that expecting me to spend more was not the right customer service option.
