I had placed an order months ago.. mid/late March 2019. I received confirmation that my order was shipping early April 2019. I never got that order. I emailed their customer support many times and finally received an email back from Lindsey saying it was on its way. When late May/early June rolled around, I emailed AGAIN asking for a refund! Lindsey once again (finally responded) saying the items would be shipped again and I'd get a partial refund for the inconvenience. Here we are in July and I've not seen the items I purchased or the partial refund. I've emailed again and again asking for a complete full refund and have not heard anything more.
Lindsey must be too busy replying to the hundreds of other people who are also complaining about not getting their orders... because surely, she'd follow through right? (insert sarcasm here).
What a waste of money and time!
Buyer beware -- avoid this company at all cost!!
