Was not told about the no return policy or refund. Dress came very wrinkled and way to large althoug it is my size and very bad quality... not at all like picture. I am still waiting for my sweater! Very dissapointing policies and bad customer service, they would not answer my questions with the right answer just gave me generic replies,,, don't get trapped like i did! Worst 100$ invested ever!
