One of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. Start to finish!They advertised a diffuser for just shipping charges of $1.95. You have a charge(that you can't get off) of an additional $59.95 for a membership! Long story short.....I get the diffuser and it's about 4 inches tall and it had a cord that doesn't work. Many, many messages to them wanting all kinds of pictures. Cord going in, cord going out, plugged into outlet, etc. Last message to me was they would forward my messages to their administration. That was about 3 days ago!
