I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I tried to cancel my order following their 5-min rule and they are refusing to honour this. They take forever to respond to emails and answer valid questions asking them to explain the wording in their FAQs. My only hope is that the goods I can’t cancel don’t end up being like the shoddy quality other reviewers have received.
