Ordered 4 items 9 weeks ago. Received 2 about a month after but the other 2 were still processing. Emailed support for an update, he said that they were having trouble with the post but 1 item would be posted that day. The other item is no longer in stock so would I like to pick something else? I told him no I'd just like a refund please. 5 weeks later all my emails were either ignored or responses limited to "waiting on manager". Still haven't recieved the 3rd item and it still only says processing and hasn't been shipped yet. Luckily the 2 items I recieved are half decent, although not worth the money or hassle.
