I wish I could give them - stars! I order on the 5th of November, its now the 2nd of December and I have not received anything! I have reached out several times and was nice in the beginning but this is absolutely ridiculous and appalling customer service! I am trying to get a refund and I am so worried I wont be able to get my $$ back!
