What went wrong?! Books were paid for but not received, and no communication received at all. Impossible to get through on the phone. Website doesn't exist, apparently.
I now I find out that the company folded last December. But money still taken, by this now non-existent company, in March. This looks like a possible case of fraud to me, a non-existent company evidently happily taking money from 'customers'.
