Was very wary after reading the reviews but the whole process was very open and straight forward. I sent pictures of the car, including all the bad bits, they gave their valuation which I was happy with. 5 days later a driver came, quickly checked damage on car was in line with my description and paperwork was in order and within 10 minutes the money was in my bank. They also paid £2000 more than "we buy any car" valued it at and it was only a £5000 car.
