I had problems with their server being down for an entire weekend...the error code that came up stated it was a problem with their server. I could not take any classes the entire weekend. I spoke with a live person as soon as I discovered the problem and was told, “IT doesn’t work weekends.” WHAT? Not even remote access? What kind of IT Department do they have. It then happened again, this time however it wasn’t all the classes that were suffering a server error, it was just certain classes that couldn’t be accessed. I again talked to one of their employees and was told, “We’re not for everyone.” Doesn’t seem like the right answer to me. This company is like so many companies these days that doesn’t give a whit about customer service. I WILL NOT use them again. I’m willing to bet my good reputation that this review does NOT stand a chance of getting posted and CE Shop WILL continue to offer sub-standard customer support...Shixxy support is good enough is how they feel.
