Before I was a Realtor, I was an educator. This program is great because it breaks up the sections to help you learn. It also provides study guides to help you as well when it comes time to study for the actual exam. Print those out! Study! I was able to pass all my tests in the first try. I also did 2 to 3 tests a day and was still able to pass on my first try because this program really helps you learn.
