The courses are detailed and in depth; they require concentration which is a very good thing to keep ones mind sharp to remember the laws of real estate. I will never again attend a long-drawn-out attendance at a real estate school. I highly recommend the CE SHOP. Can be studied and tests taken at my convenience within the allotted time-period of several months, which is so convenient for working real estate brokers and agents.
