There was only one main negative issue I had going through the course. The program would boot me out on occasion and I would have to log in again. This got frustrating after the third time out of about 20+ times. I tried to get the issue fixed through Customer Service, but it really never fixed. The class settings and some of the 'light hearted' descriptions made it a joy to take these classes online. All encompassing review of the classes is very good. I enjoyed (as much as going to school can be...) the way things were laid out and continual testing was very helpful.
