My one and only complaint is that your classes expire 18 months after you purchase them. I didn't realize that once and had to repurchase some classes. Now, I know that; but I still think it would be good business for The CE Shop to send a reminder maybe a month before the classes expire. Other than that, I've been working with the CE Shop's on-line classes for at least 5 years. I enjoy live classes, but the on-line classes are so convenient because you can do one class over time.
