I am very happy with the classes I purchased. However, my credit card was charged three times for the same amount and I have only been able to get one credit. I would love to have someone reach out to me to help me resolve the issue. I would even take a credit instead of a refund because I plan to keep using The CE Shop for my continuing ed. I believe in your product. Just do not want to pay more than the next agent for it. Thanks!
