Course work and management of site excellent. Certification was a nightmare. I would give 5 stars if not for horrible waits on hold and confusing directions in the certification process. Live chat was virtually not helpful. When I reached support they did a good job but it took me five hours to contact support. My last hold was 2.5 hours.
