The material is all there. But it is in one primary format-reading. Learning takes place in several methodologies other than reading. (Auditory, visual, kinesthetic.) Integrating more videos would be helpful to keep peoples interest and focus. I did find the platform to be quite well organized and easy to keep track of progress status, as well as being able to bookmark key areas that will need review prior to taking the tests. I would recommend it for others looking to get into real estate.
