Like the variety of courses offered. Had purchased a course and at a later date decided I wanted to take some other courses. No problem with canceling the initial course and receiving a credit for future classes. This was not my first year with the CE shop. They also have a HELPLINE:, well staffed and readily available to answer any questions one might have. I Have never been disappointed and would highly recommend using the CE shop.
