My only comment, not intended to be negative, but, rather an issue of preference. I would much rather have the option of choosing how I would like to approach exams. I found the Zoom experience somewhat distracting. The Mandatory Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate was only offered as a "must take on line" and it was more expensive than taking a course on my own. I did not like the fact that virtual was the only option for me. And $25/course vs $49/virtual course factors in as well.
