The classes are good and affordable however the last time I tried to register for classes, the website was down and I couldn't get through to customer service. I was told there was high call volume and to leave a voice mail and somebody would get back to me. That was about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. No need to at this point as I did enroll with another online option.
I've also had situations where discount codes that should be valid aren't when I go online to enter. In two or three cases, I've had to call to get the discount. In every situation, the person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful but it was still an inconvenience as opposed to enrolling online.
For that reason, I gave a 3. A lot of good things but it's the negative things that stick in our mind.
