The course was interesting and interactive. The only suggestion I would make is that some of the scenarios were not relevant to real estate. For example, "Two colleagues get drunk one night and agree to marry each other if they are both unmarried by the time they are 40," I understand the point you're making with the scenario, but still not relevant to real estate.
