First time I bought my Continuing Education and GenUp. The self paced CE was fine but unfortunately, I was not given a link to zoom for the Genup with a date to put it on Calendar. My fat thumb somehow didn’t select the right date and missed the class. Had to pay 50% to have the Genup again. Not using CE again until consumer friendly.
