I ordered 2 sets of Russian piping nozzles - waited nearly 3 months - as I waited so long I no longer required them as they were for gifts. Now I am waiting again for a country code to return the items to get a refund. Jinnie is not responding to my emails so I'm not going to get this in the post within there 48 hours. The packaging was poor with no return address and NO INVOICE anywhere in the parcel. Glad I paid on Barclaycard I will ask them to follow up if no response
