So much easier than plastic bags. Wash, rinse, and reuse, saving a lot of plastic bags from entering our land fills. I cut the end off a cucumber a week ago and used one of the food huggers to cap the cut end, it is still fresh and firm. If I had put this in a baggy it would have been mush by now.
